This hot and humid weather has found me searching for sleeveless tops and shorts, most of which were put away in another room a long time ago. It's a pleasure to search through my summer clothes and remember how many items I have, enough that I don't need to rush out and update my wardrobe. Or open the catalogue which is usually my case. The Farmer and I have put Amy's pool together, given it a much needed wash and filled it up again. The Farmer tried to spray me with the hose pipe once or twice; said something about a wet tee-shirt competition but I couldn't quite get the gist of what he meant. I think he enjoyed watching me scrub the bottom of the pool. Another comment about it looking good at the top end seemed to go right over my head; he's getting quite mischievous in his old age.

Looking good there Miss CJ, I do the same thing in the summer and fall I put away my fall clothes and pull out the summer and visa versa, it is fun to see and remember what is forgotten in the winter. Bonnie looks just as nice.
I totally understand what you mean - I am always hyper critical of pictures of me! You look great! That Mr Jigsaw needs some ice cubes in his underwear to cool him off a bit!

"Hot and humid" - are you sure you are still living in Northumberland?
It sounds like The Farmer is getting very frisky. Perhaps in due course the patter of tiny feet won't be just puppies. It must be all the sleeveless tops rather than the three layers of clothes that usually feature in your blog photos.
I'm also curious to know whether you found any sleeveless shorts?
Give over! It's a great photo. Most of the photos of me are of some miscellaneous body part usually elbows!
Yes we were over there but deep down south in Poole. Now we're back in balmy California with a very pleasant 84 degrees.

is that catmint with the lady bug? wonderful photos my dear, and remember as soon as a picture is taken of you, you will never be as young as you are at that moment. so savor them and take lots. just don't look at them right away, you may find you like them a lot better.
Well, I can look at that picture and understand why Mr. Farmer would make those comments to you! Looking pretty darned spiffy there, Kiddo! And the puppy is just a bit of icing on the advertising cake too!

Fantastic shot you look great. I hope you don't get the heat wave we had last couple of weeks oh my it was hot. It's thankfully back to normal and just in time as our hot season starts in 3weeks lol. Thanks for sharing and thanks for the pics.

Well I wasn't fishing for compliments but I'm now blushing! Thanks for all your kind words. Yes, frisky Mr Jigsaw indeed. I will ask him if I can post his photo too. Probably best me just posting our wedding photo again, as it's the best one we have together!

well, from what i can see of you in the photo it's no wonder mr. jigsaw needs a bit of a cooling off :) you are, as we say here, HOT!
We still don't have the pool up Crystal.
We set a record low on 2nd of July with ice on the deck and frost covering everything else. In July!
I think the pool is going to be a waste of water this year. I doubt very much if we get a real summer at all!
